Nintendo’s fitness game for the Wii is on pace to become the fastest selling Wii game ever. The game, simply named “Fit”, has outdone all previous records on Play.com by selling out its entire allocation in just one day.

Wii Fit comes with a pressure sensitive Balance board that you put in front of your TV. The board detects any directional changes in balance and is used to interact with the game in various activites. Ofcourse the board uses wireless technology to save you from hurting yourself stumbling over cables on the floor.

The reason why Wii Fit can help to lose weight is simply because to play Wii Fit, you have to move around. There are many games in Wii Fit that are based on sports so you have to do exactly the same sports movement in order to win the game.
